Each Heavy Duty Dock Box is constructed using a multi-layer fiberglass process designed to withstand sun, salt, and moisture. The exterior features an ultra-violet resistant white gelcoat to prevent fading and degradation. Beneath the surface, a double layer of fiberglass and resin provides superior structural strength, followed by an interior gelcoat layer reinforced with webbing for added rigidity and longevity. Wall thickness is approximately 3/16″, delivering outstanding impact resistance and load-bearing capability.

Security and convenience are built in. A stainless steel, lockable twist hasp protects stored gear, while gas shocks allow for smooth, controlled lid operation (two gas shocks on most models; the 25″ model includes one). Select models, including the 121″, are equipped with stainless steel vents to promote airflow and reduce moisture buildup inside the box.

Designed with real-world use in mind, interior dimensions measure approximately 5 inches smaller than the exterior dimensions, allowing for proper insulation and structural integrity without sacrificing usable storage space.
