30-Day Return Window

We accept returns on eligible products within 30 days of delivery.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, items must be:

  • Unused
  • Uninstalled
  • Undamaged
  • In their original packaging where applicable

Products that do not meet these conditions may be rejected or subject to a restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items

For safety and quality-control reasons, all electrical components are non-returnable, whether used or unused.

Return Shipping Costs

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. We will refund the product price less the cost of return shipping.

Incorrect or Damaged Items

If you receive a product that is incorrect, defective, or damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Refund Processing

Refunds are issued to the original payment method once the returned item has been inspected and approved. Processing may take 5–10 business days after we receive the item.

Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item, please return your purchase (if eligible) and place a new order.

International Orders

International returns are accepted; however, customers are responsible for any applicable return shipping fees, customs duties, or import taxes.
