2″ Motor Pulley

The 2" Motor Pulley is a compact, lightweight solution designed to mount directly onto the driveshaft of an electric motor. Constructed from durable zinc die-cast material, this pulley offers excellent resistance to corrosion while minimizing overall system weight.

Engineered for fractional horsepower motor applications, the pulley features a 0.630" bore and is secured using a 5/16"-18 x 1/2" set screw. When installed, a key stock is seated in the motor shaft keyway, and the set screw is tightened against it to ensure a firm, slip-free connection.

This motor pulley is compatible with drive belts up to 50 inches in length, making it suitable for a wide range of light-duty mechanical and drive systems.

Commonly paired with electric wired motors with base, which are mounted onto flat-plate gear plate assemblies. The motor pulley and the corresponding gear plate pulley are then linked by a drive belt to transfer power efficiently and smoothly.
