Hi-Tide® Boat Lift Cable Keepers

Hi-Tide® Boat Lift Cable Keepers are essential components designed to maintain proper cable tension and alignment on both boat lifts and yacht lifts. They are compatible with the Gear Drive® 4-Post Cable Lift, X2 Gear Drive®, and Hi-Tide® Yacht Lift systems, helping ensure smooth, reliable operation—especially in rough water conditions.

Cable keepers prevent lift cables from jumping out of the winder grooves, overlapping, or creating slack that can cause “backlash” and destructive cable spooling. Even when the boat or yacht is not on the lift, the keeper maintains constant tension to protect the cable and drive components. This is especially important on 4-post and 8-post lift systems, where cable slack can lead to premature wear or damage.

One cable keeper is required per winder.
